high range water reducing admixture is the non-air entraining high range water reducing admixture by chemical combining. The chemical name is β-naphthalene sulphonic sodium formaldehyde admixture. It has a powerful dispersion effect for the cement particle. It can improve the performance of the concrete and good for the preparation of the great liquid concrete, the precast component and the cast-in-place concrete which demand the early strength and high strength, it applies for road, bridge, dam, port, dock, tunnel, electric project and water project, industry, civil construction, steam curing and nature curing precast component etc. 1. The mixing amount is 0.5-1.5% of the cementitious material; the water-reducing rate is 12-28%. This product has clear early strength and reinforced effect, concrete’s strength will improve 60-130% for 3 days, improve 40-60% for 7 days, improve 20-40% for 28 days, and the strength will be increased for a long period. 2. This product can save cement 15-20% than the concrete without the water reducing adnixture in keeping the same intensity and slump of concrete. 3. Mixing this product can greatly improve the workability and the mechanical performance and improve the anti-pressure, anti-pull, anti-fold intensity, elastic modulus and long period intensity. 4. The product is adaptable for the different cement. For example: silicate cement, ordinary silicate cement, slag cement and pozzolana cement etc. 5. The product is adaptable for high strength concrete, flowing concrete, early strength concrete, precast steam curing concrete, prestressed concrete etc. 6. This product is divided the powder and the liquid, the liquid content is 40±2%, the proportion ≥1.22, the admixing content is 1.5-3.0%, the rest norm of performance do not change. 7. The product can be used as master batch to compose other materials for combining of different characteristic admixtures, (such as early strength water-reducing admixture, retarding water-reducing admixture, pumping antifreeze, and pumping water-reducing admixture, etc.) to meet different type of construction, construction technology and temperature demand.

This product has two kinds of powder and liquid form, using the liquid is converted according to the same effect with solid content. 1. The mixing amount is 0.5-1.2% (powdery) of the cementitious material. 1.5-3.0 % (liquid), the water-reducing rate is 15-32%. 2. The product has a retarding effect; the technical performance norm exceeds the norm of the national retarder and high reducing-water admixture (first class). 3. This product has good adaptability of cement. The plasticity-maintaining effect is clear, the slump loss is minimal. 4. Early strength of concrete and the late strength is security without retarding and plastic effect, concrete’s strength will improve 50 - 80% 3 days, increased by 40 - 70% 7 days, increased 30 - 70 % 28 days. polycarboxylate acids superplasticizer of company is a new polycarboxylate series of high reducing-water for the environmental protection. Homogeneity of the water reducing admixture and the performance mixed concrete has reached the similar level of foreign products; it is advanced in the domestic. It has the retardation, early strength, high efficiency reducing water, which can be widely used in ordinary concrete, pumping concrete, super-fluid state of self-compacting and high-performance concrete, it has the excellent performance especially in the application of high-strength high performance concrete. The molecul’s main chain of polycarboxylate acids superplasticizer adsorbed on the surface of cement particles, the branch chain is surrounded around by cement particles, which played the role of steric hindrance. This is the difference from the traditional water-reducing admixture who dispersed cement particles by electrostatic repulsion mechanism. It has better dispersion ability, plasticity-maintaining and reducing -water effect, the concrete has a comprehensive qualitative leap in performance. 1. The suitable dosage range is 0.5% -1.4%, for high-strength and ultra high-performance concrete can be configured to appropriately increase dosage, but the maximum dosage should not exceed 2.5%. For specific cement it should be determined through experiments. 2. High reducing-water rate is 40%, which is in order to enhance the strength of concrete, to save the cement, it provides a guarantee, it can be used for the preparation of more C80 and C80 high-strength high performance concrete, the reducing-water is different under their different dosage rates, higher dosage higher water-reducing rate. 3. Excellent dispersion and self-compacting nature can prepare different strength class super fluid self-compacting concrete. 4. high range set retarding water-reducing admixture, which is combined of the naphthalene series and the amount of high-performance water-reducing retarder, stabilizer, reinforcing admixture, has a high efficiency water-reducing, retarding in the initial setting and early strength in final setting, late-enhanced, small slump loss etc. it is the perfect concrete admixtures for the preparation of high-performance, high-strength concrete, mass concrete and long-distance transport of concrete. The product can be produced powder and liquid, to meet different engineering requirements. 1. Dosage range: Powder dosage amounts to 0.5-1.2% of total cementitious material, the liquid dosage amounts to 1.5-3% of total cementitious material, reducing-water rate is 15-25%. 2. EARLY STRENGTH WATER-REDUCING
Early strength water-reducing admixture is a chlorine-free concrete admixtures which is composed of early strength and water-reducing and other components, with excellent early strength performance and water-reducing performance, it can increase the early strength and the later strength at low temperature environmental condition, increase significantly the pumpability, improve the workability, it have been widely used in various projects as the main measure to speed up the progress and improve the efficacy. 1. Dosage amounts to 01.5-2.5% of cementitious material, it can reduce the unit water consumption by 10-15%. 2. Incorporation of the product in keeping the same slump, it can save 10-15% of cement, the strength is not reduced. 3. Suitable for steam curing, the intensity increased rapidly, and with the same slump and the same water consumption, the concrete strength increases 50-120% for 1 day, increased 40-100% 3 days, and increased 30-80% 7 days. 4.
