HIGH RANGE WATER REDUCING ADMI
Description : high range water reducing admixture is the non-air entraining high range water reducing admixture by chemical combining. The chemical name is β-naphthalene sulphonic sodium formaldehyde admixture. It has a powerful dispersion effect for the cement particle. It can improve the performance of the concrete and good for the preparation of the great liquid concrete, the precast component and the cast-in-place concrete which demand the early strength and high strength, it applies for road, bridge, dam, port, dock, tunnel, electric project and water project, industry, civil construction, steam curing and nature curing precast component etc.
1. The mixing amount is 0.5-1.5% of the cementitious material; the water-reducing rate is 12-28%. This product has clear early strength and reinforced effect, concrete’s strength will improve 60-130% for 3 days, improve 40-60% for 7 days, improve 20-40% for 28 days, and the strength will be increased for a long period.
2. This product can save cement 15-20% than the concrete without the water reducing adnixture in keeping the same intensity and slump of concrete.
3. Mixing this product can greatly improve the workability and the mechanical performance and improve the anti-pressure, anti-pull, anti-fold intensity, elastic modulus and long period intensity.
4. The product is adaptable for the different cement. For example: silicate cement, ordinary silicate cement, slag cement and pozzolana cement etc.
5. The product is adaptable for high strength concrete, flowing concrete, early strength concrete, precast steam curing concrete, prestressed concrete etc.
6. This product is divided the powder and the liquid, the liquid content is 40±2%, the proportion ≥1.22, the admixing content is 1.5-3.0%, the rest norm of performance do not change.
7. The product can be used as master batch to compose other materials for combining of different characteristic admixtures, (such as early strength water-reducing admixture, retarding water-reducing admixture, pumping antifreeze, and pumping water-reducing admixture, etc.) to meet different type of construction, construction technology and temperature demand.
