POLYCARBOXYLATE ACIDS SUPERPLA

The molecul’s main chain of polycarboxylate acids superplasticizer adsorbed on the surface of cement particles, the branch chain is surrounded around by cement particles, which played the role of steric hindrance. This is the difference from the traditional water-reducing admixture who dispersed cement particles by electrostatic repulsion mechanism. It has better dispersion ability, plasticity-maintaining and reducing -water effect, the concrete has a comprehensive qualitative leap in performance.
1. The suitable dosage range is 0.5% -1.4%, for high-strength and ultra high-performance concrete can be configured to appropriately increase dosage, but the maximum dosage should not exceed 2.5%. For specific cement it should be determined through experiments.
2. High reducing-water rate is 40%, which is in order to enhance the strength of concrete, to save the cement, it provides a guarantee, it can be used for the preparation of more C80 and C80 high-strength high performance concrete, the reducing-water is different under their different dosage rates, higher dosage higher water-reducing rate.
3. Excellent dispersion and self-compacting nature can prepare different strength class super fluid self-compacting concrete.
4. Can be a substantial increase in early and late strength, it increase the project construction schedule.
5. Good plasticity-maintaining could significantly prolong the transit time of concrete and settling in site of the residence time, it reduce economic losses and ensure the normal pumping of concrete.
6.It has a wide range of adaptation to various silicate cement, ordinary silicate cement, slag silicate cement and all kinds of mineral admixtures, and it has better dispersion and plasticity-maintaining.
7. The low-dosage, 0.5% -1.4% of the low dosage and naphthalene superplasticizer compared to other high reducing-water, which has an economic advantage.
