ANTI-FREEZING ADMIXTURE
Description : it is non-chlorine compound antifreeze admixture which compounds by water-reducing, early-strength, reducing the freezing point, preventing freezing damage etc. ingredients, powder, it has early-strength, water-reducing, air-entraining, anticorrosion etc. functions. It is mixed to the concrete according to the request, can obviously improve the configuration of the capillary pores and reduce free-water and the freezing point of the concrete effectively. And it can accelerate cement hydration and concrete hardening under the low temperature condition, enhance the early strength greatly and make the strong more and more by time, is ideal admixture for construction in winter.
1. The mixing amount was equal to 3.0-4.5% of cementing material, water-reducing rate 15-25%.
2. This product is non-chlorine, non-ammonia and low-alkali compound antifreeze, have anti-freezing and water-reducing double functions, and can’t cause reinforcingsteel corrosion. Through adjusting mixing amount, it can meet the requirements for 0℃— -20℃ construction in winter.
3. This product uses new anti-freezing materials, which greatly reduce the alkali content and avoid the alkali - aggregate reaction.
4. The concrete workability can be improved greatly by using it, also the Physical Properties of concrete can be increased and improved, and enhanced freeze-thaw cycle resistance of the concrete. It is applicable for preparing the anti-freezing pumping concrete.
5. It is applicable to all kind of the below C50 reinforced concrete and prefabricated components. Compounding the above C50 concrete can use with superplasticizer or requesting our company to adjust.
