I'm working for a couple of months with two MGO (Marine Gas Oil) sellers who are based in Rotterdam. I urgently need a serious buyer ready to perform now a spot of 10 to 25,000 MT and then a 12 months contract (50,000 MT or more).
To create a starting point, can you please stipulate your buyer's purchasing requirement details? Our seller, would like to learn the following:
1 - What is the exact product wording including the applicable standardisation norm?
2 - Mgo to be red dyed or un dyed?
3 - Are all parameters according the provided norm or are there any exceptions?
4 - Can the pricing be based on North west europe barges FOB Rotterdam Gasoil 0.1 high quotation, price ticker #AAYWT00 ?
To give you an idea : Price NWE barges platts(not cargo platts) minus 12$ discount FOB ARA pour 10,000 MT and Price NWE barges platts(not cargo platts) minus 16$ discount FOB ARA maxi net to the buyer between 30 to 50,000 MT máximum.
5 - What is the preferred pricing window? We would like to price after BL only, all pricing options after BL can be discussed.
6 - Does the vessel requires a ship2ship supply operation or does the vessel need to load at a terminal? In case of terminal loading, please note that a vetting procedure will be applicable, please advise vessels name and IMO .
7 - What is the destination and the end purpose of the product (after receiving the info we will revert with more detailed custom related questions)?
8 - What is the first Laycan?
9 - Please advise full style details of the purchasing company.
10 -Please advise, LC wise, issuing bank of purchasing company. It will be a good if your buyer have his own bunker then my seller can fill up his bunker through the pipeline or with another vessel.
